Available now - A history in DVD format of PRS, in 3 parts, from 1947 until it's move to Rinteln in 1972. It has been written and researched by Barbara Steels and includes interviews with ex staff and pupils, cine film footage, photos from the collection of memorabilia and members private collections and an audio overview of PRS circa 1975. There is an absolute host of information including many photos and slide shows of school life. Who knows, you may even spot yourself or see your name mentioned.
In addition, extra material includes a 20 minute BFES film made in 1972 depicting life in service schools worldwide, there may be footage of another BFES school you attended or even of yourself. Also included is cine footage of a pupils trip to the sportsplatz in 1965. The DVD is professionally pressed, available now and will play on all DVD players using the PAL (UK) format.

There have been a couple of queries from abroad as to whether the DVD will play or not on North American systems. The answer as we know is - probably not but it will play on a PC.

Generally Europe, Australia, NZ & Cyprus are OK
